Cancellation & Refund Policy

IGPREP embraces a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 10 days if registration/payment for a class. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the next process.
IGPREP will evaluate the refund request based on the genuineness of the reason. Non-attendance of classes, will not qualify directly for a refund.
Any other refund request must be reported within 10 days of registration/payment for a class.
If, due to unforeseen reasons, IGPREP needs to reschedule a class/batch start date, necessary communication will be sent. Customers needing a refund owing to a scheduling conflict in the start date may request for same.
If a batch is cancelled, for any unforeseen reasons, IGPREP will process a refund to the customers of the batch.
In case of any Refunds approved by the IGPREP, it’ll take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Full amount Refund will be considered, however, any processing and platform fees will be deducted from the Refund amount.
